First-Time Users
Before you can interact with Octerra, you will need an account. The most common way to create an account is through invitation. Typically, an existing user on Octerra will send an invitation in the form of an email when they would like to collaborate with you in some way. Simply click on the link in that email, you will be automatically taken to the login page and prompted to enter a password for the account.

Octerra also supports single sign-on (SSO) for some companies. If your company is using Octerra's SSO integration, you will not need to create a password. Your SSO credentials will log you into Octerra.
Returning Users
If you have already created an account on Octerra, navigate to app.octerra.com and use your credentials to log into the platform.
Please note, if you enter an incorrect password too many times you will need to request a reset using the "Forgot password?" link.
