# How can I update my bid after it has been submitted?

If you need to make changes to a previously submitted bid for any reason - whether to attach a file, complete the budget section, or make a change - simply navigate to **Your Bids** once inside the project, click the action menu (ellipsis icon) next to the bid you wish to update, and then select **Revise Bid**. This will allow you to edit the existing bid information and, when submitted, automatically notify the client that you have made an update. Your original bid submission will still be viewable.
