How do I request a bid update?

At any point during the Bid Submission or Bid Selection stage, users have the option to request a bid update from a vendor. To do so, navigate to the Bids tab, click the ellipsis icon (...) next to the bid that you would like to update. and select Request Bid Update from the dropdown menu.

The user can specify the reason for requesting an update in the body of the notification email that will be sent to the vendor.
