Your user account is your gateway to Octerra and also contains information about your online persona. Much like working as a part of a larger organization, your user is also a part of a larger company team. Users can perform many actions for their company team such as create projects and submit bids. Provide some details about yourself here so that others can identify you on Octerra.
User Settings
When you log in to Octerra for the first time, you will be prompted to enter some basic information that can always be updated later.
The information collected includes your name, location, email address, and phone number. You can also update your password from this page at any time. Fields that are marked with a red dot are required to be filled in.
Note: Your email address is the address where relevant notifications will be sent AND it is also used on the login screen to access your account.
While it is not required, we do encourage all users to upload a profile picture. A picture personalizes your account and helps others identify you online. All image filetypes are accepted.
If you would like to make any changes to your profile, you can always navigate back to this page by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left of the screen and clicking "My Account."
