What happens when I publish a bid?

When a bid is published, the project progresses to the Bid Selection stage and a notification is sent to the user(s) authorized to make a final selection and award a winning bid.

At any time during the Bid Selection stage, a producer can request a bid update. The corresponding vendor will receive an email notification and will be allowed to edit their present bid.
