Yes! Even after a project has progressed to the Bid Selection stage, a producer can revert the project to the Bid Submission stage in order to request bids from additional vendors or allow previously invited vendors who hadn't submitted to be able to do so.
First, click on the the ellipsis icon (...) at the top right of the page and select Revert to Bid Submission.
Once in the Bid Submission stage, the production manager will be able to invite additional vendors to submit bids. Note: check to ensure the response deadline is in the future. Even though the project is now in the Bid Submission stage, vendors won't be able to respond unless the Response Deadline has been extended if it has passed.
After all bidders have responded, select Close Bidding (or Reveal Bids in the case of Sealed Bidding) to put the project back into the Bid Selection stage in order to select your winning bid.
